  • AI Conversation Transcripts: Conversations with the AI are collected for user safety, to add context to the conversations with the user, and to improve the AI's performance.

  • Short-Term Storage: Conversations are stored temporarily to provide your AI with history of your conversations and may be reviewed by a therapist.

  • Long-Term Storage: Conversations are completely anonymized and stored to improve the system. Anonymized data cannot be traced back to any individual.

  • Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing teo@greaterhuman.ai.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

  • User Safety: Ensuring conversations comply with our ethical and safety standards.

  • AI Improvement: Reviewing conversations (anonymized where applicable) to enhance the AI's functionality. Your non-anonymised conversations will never be used to train the AI.

  • Academic Research: Only anonymised and non-traceable data would ever be used for academic research.

Your data will never be sold to third parties for commercial uses.
Our only purpose is to make a better product for you.
